Warfare Prayers & Deliverance

Intercessors must be rooted and grounded in the word of God in order to oppose and destroy the activity of Satan and his legions of demons in the earth.

It is written in the book of 2 Corinthians 10: 3-6 KJV:

“For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh.

For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds.

Casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalted itself against the knowledge of God and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ.

And having a readiness to revenge all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.”

It is clearly stated here that unless we are obedient to Christ, we have no authority to tear down the strongholds of Satan and his legions of demons. Our obedience to God is power to manifest his word.

It is written in Ephesians 6:12- 16.kjv: “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”

Wherefore, take unto you the whole armor of God that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness.

And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace.

Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.”

We must be fully armored in the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus so that we might be effective in warfare prayers to have victory over the fiery darts of Satan and his legions.

Our spiritual development will increase only by daily seeking God in his word and remain in his presence with a humble heart, knowing his unquestionable love for us.

The Bible says in James 4:6-7: “But he giveth more grace. Wherefore, he saith:

God resisteth the proud but he giveth grace unto the humble. Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.”

A proud spirit is a hindrance to walk on victory over the fiery darts of the enemy. Our submission to God I s our inner strength to walk in victory over the fiery darts of the enemy.

Our prayers are effective only when we walk in submission to the word of God.

When we take the Prophetic word of God and declare them in prayer with the anointing of obedience to his word, therein is the weapon of warfare.

As we abide in the love of God and he will reveal himself to you in ways we know not.

We are called, chosen, anointed and appointed to destroy the plan of the enemy.

The Bible says in Jeremiah 1:10.”See I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.”

The word is a fire and a hammer. The Bible says in Jeremiah 23:29: “Is not my word like fire, saith the Lord, and like a hammer that breaks the Rick in pieces.”

The Bible says in Hebrews 412: “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than a two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”

God has equipped his servants with his fire of the Holy Ghost, his sword and his hammer, and his authority and power to be skillful in the work of his kingdom.

Let us therefore arise and do the will of our Heavenly Father to watch and pray without ceasing.

“By love and faith unto righteousness we shall declare and decree the word of God.”
